Sales Manager - Switzerland

On behalf of our client, we are looking for sales professionals selling IT enterprise solutions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Establish & maintain relationships with decision-makers to grow the company‚Äôs presence in the enterprise space by bringing new clients in IT Industry
  • Identifying client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
  • Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
  • Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals
  • Report sales activity on CRM on customer interactions for visibility
  • Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client
  • Working hand to hand with clients (governmental and enterprise) to achieve the sales target

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience of 5+ years with expertise in selling to CXOs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Should have experience in selling enterprise solutions to end customers
  • Exposure to Tech related sales in Switzerland to government, defence, telecom, banking, etc.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
  • B2B Sales experience & B2G sales experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Preferred experience in low code, no code platform
  • Preferred experience in transportation, aviation, banking and governmental public account
