Sales Manager - Switzerland
On behalf of our client, we are looking for sales professionals selling IT enterprise solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Establish & maintain relationships with decision-makers to grow the company’s presence in the enterprise space by bringing new clients in IT Industry
- Identifying client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly
- Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals
- Report sales activity on CRM on customer interactions for visibility
- Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client
- Working hand to hand with clients (governmental and enterprise) to achieve the sales target
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience of 5+ years with expertise in selling to CXOs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Should have experience in selling enterprise solutions to end customers
- Exposure to Tech related sales in Switzerland to government, defence, telecom, banking, etc.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting
- B2B Sales experience & B2G sales experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Preferred experience in low code, no code platform
- Preferred experience in transportation, aviation, banking and governmental public account
