HR Manager - Warsaw / October 2020

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage Administrative HR tasks, contract management, on-/offboarding processes and employee inquiries.
  • Interact with all divisions to provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Define recruiting strategy in alignment with the hiring manager, manage interviews and hiring process.
  • Drive talent management, performance evaluation, training and development planning
  • Support change management and cultural management processes
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, legal authorities, work councils
  • Define compensation and benefits policies and coordinate the remuneration process
  • Guide and secure implementation of HR processes
  • Spread organisational culture and values among employees


  • University Degree (HR related diploma is a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience and ready to do the next career step
  • Fluency in English mandatory + other European language is beneficial
  • Experience working with labour committees
  • Change management experience
  • Recruiting and talent development experience
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship attitude and empathy
  • Strong result orientation
  • Previous experience in pharma industry is a plus
