Compensation and Benefits Specialist

On behalf of our client, multinational company based in Warsaw, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for the local HQ.

Main responsibilities:

  • Rewards and HR data: preparing quarterly & annual HR reports, headcounts, compensation and benefits reports, turnover report and analysis; maintaining interactions and communications with the finance department to collect HR data (salary, bonus, benefits); monitor accuracy and execution of rewards and additional payments.
  • Compensation and benefits policies: preparing local C&B policies and sharing them with employees; supporting employees about C&B; providing support regarding promotions and pension programs.
  • Compensation and benefits processes: preparing proposals on compensation level, offers and hiring requests based on data analysis; supporting GBS Reward manager during the annual C&B processes.
  • Labor market analysis: providing contribution to labor market analysis and compensation surveys; preparing data analysis and data summaries.
  • Labor budget: calculating and analysis labor budget (variance analysis); proposing solutions for the automation of budget calculation.

The ideal candidate:

  • At least Bachelor degree (a specialisation in Economics or Finance is beneficial)
  • At least 2 years experience in HR analytics or C&B
  • Experience in a multinational company
  • Linguistic skills: fluency in English and Polish
  • Excellent analytical skills (data analysis; market analysis)
  • Technical skills: excellent PC user, advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); knowledge of SAP HR is beneficial
